Have something that you just randomly come across or thing might be interesting to your followers (and others who aren't following you yet) ?
Share a link, picture or retweet something that people want to read, see or hear about! For example, you wouldn't subscribe to a magazine if you didn't like the information it gave you. Same thing with followers. They're not going to follow you unless you give them a reason.
